Welcome to Admissions Choosing the right school is one of the most important decisions you will make for your child. Our admissions process is designed to be simple, supportive, and informative every step of the way.
Step-by-Step Guidance
Our Admissions Process
We want you to feel confident as you navigate enrollment at LWRCS. Below is a quick overview of what to expect:
1. Submit Your Application
Our online application is managed through Gradelink EnrollMe, a secure and user-friendly system. You will complete the application form and submit required documentation including previous academic records, a student questionnaire, and a non-refundable $125 application fee.
2. Tour and Family Interview
Once your application is received, we will schedule a personal campus tour and family interview. This is your opportunity to ask questions, share your hopes for your child’s education, and get a feel for our community.
3. Admissions Decision
After reviewing your application and interview, we will notify you of the admissions decision. If accepted, you will receive next steps via Gradelink EnrollMe to complete online enrollment within 10 days.
4. Welcome to the LWRCS Family
You are in! Once enrollment is complete, you will receive all the resources needed to prepare for the school year, including orientation materials, school calendar, and supply lists.
Planning Ahead
Tuition & Fees
We are committed to making Christian education accessible and transparent. Below are the tuition and fees for the 2025-2026 school year:
- Application Fee: A one-time, non-refundable application fee of $125 per student is required when you complete and submit the online application.
- Enrollment Fee: A one-time, non-refundable fee of $500 per student is due upon acceptance.This fee pays for student technology usage, curriculum materials, educational platforms, and classroom activities.
- Tuition: $15,000 annually per student.
- Payment Plans: Monthly and Pay in Full options available.
Lakewood Ranch Christian School has contracted with Gradelink and PaySimple to process payments for all tuition and fees. PaySimple accepts payments by automatic bank withdrawal or credit card (additional credit card fee will apply).
Options for tuition payment through Gradelink are as follows:- Payment in full by July 1st
- 11 month payment plan running from July through May. 1st payment in July.
